So...I heard a funny joke I would like to share with the few who read my blog...

That is pretty funny, huh?
Oh you know what else is funny? Jeff's dad's chest measures bigger than his...and that was after measuring Jeff's 10x to make sure we measured right. Ha ha...GO MIKEY!

Okay, ok ... I concede "defeat" ... well, not really defeat; cause I'm raw, jacked muscle ... Although, HOW can a 69 yr. old man have a 45" chest and a 30 yr. old, who's been working out for 4 months, have a 41" chest ...
